Account & Data Deletion Request
You can delete your CUROfit account directly in the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account). This web form is an alternative option for users who have already uninstalled the app.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to process?
Your request will be processed and deletion completed within 30 days. For Korean residents, we will respond within 10 days per PIPA requirements.
What about data stored on my phone?
Biometric data (heart rate, ECG, respiration rate, skin temperature), personal basic information (date of birth, gender, height, weight), and profile photo are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the CUROfit app or reset data within the app settings.
Can I delete my account from the app instead?
Yes. You can delete your account directly in the CUROfit app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. This web form is provided for users who have already uninstalled the app.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation when your deletion request has been processed.

Your account deletion request has been received. We will process your request within 30 days. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.
